Unable to authenticate using a security key on 1Password for Windows

Hello everyone! 2yrs later, I got this same problem, but on windows 11. Yesterday 1password asked me to enter 2FA. And whatever I do, It is stuck on this window! I can normally log-in to brows...

I'm sorry that you're unable to authenticate 1Password for Windows using your security key. Can you test to see if you're still able to sign into 1Password.com using the security key using a Private/Incognito window in your browser? 

I'd like to know if the issue only affects the 1Password desktop app or if it affects 1Password.com in your browser.

  • Chrome incognito
  • iPhone application
  • iPad application
  • Brave addon

 

* I have an account for .eu region!
