Unable to create 2FA for Instagram Account

Hello I have seen the previous thread here: https://1password.community/discussion/113551/cant-setup-2fa-on-instagram related to not being able to setup a 2FA using 1Password however this does not...

Thanks Dave, surprisingly this worked... The desktop app for whatever reason still would not work, but the extension worked first time just by scanning the QR code.
