Unable to Edit from Search iPadOS
This seems to be a bug...and it may only be happening on iPadOS. I am running 18.5 iPadOS on 9th Gen iPadPro. After I select a 1P entry from the search results, the 'Edit' button which (magically) ...

Hi snoringelephant,
Just an update since Dave's last reply: This bug should be fixed in the next release of 1Password. Thanks again for bringing it to our attention!
As Dave mentioned, you can work around this issue in the meantime by opening an item from a different item list rather than from search results.

Thanks for taking the time to consider this issue and (quickly) fix it. I look forward to the next release.
As long as I have your attention, maybe you can shed some insight on how/why the software community evolved into hiding these important options and making the user 'work' (i.e. by pulling down the item) to reveal hidden capabilities.
I am an old software developer myself and, in my opinion, this is not an intuitive action. There are no visual cues to help the user know there are other options available. To me, it is not very "user friendly" (to use an old term).
Of course, 1Password is not the only company using this gesture to 'magically' expose entry fields, buttons, etc. Look no further than Apple's very own "Photos" app which makes you pull down a list to reveal the search field. Many people don't even know you can search photos (or how to do it)...and I wonder if it is because the search entry field isn't visible and there is no visual cue?
Anyway....my rant is over. Obviously, it is my own personal pet peeve and nothing will change about it....but I had to get it off my chest.

I wish I had any insight into UX, snoringelephant, but I'm just a humble member of the Community team here at 1Password. I will pass along your thoughts, though!
