3 years agoI'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your device:
- Open 1Password.
- Click 1Password in the menu bar.
- Click Preferences.
- Click Advanced in the new window that appears.
- Click Send Diagnostics.
- Click Reveal.
- Attach the
.1pdiagnosticsfile saved in that folder to your reply.
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
