Unable to see some accounts when using 1Password for Safari

Hello @rodltwo! 👋

I'm sorry that you're not seeing an account when using 1Password for Safari. Can you tell me a little more about the issue? Where are you not seeing the account? How many accounts do you have in total? Is the account that isn't showing up a 1Password for Teams or Business account with DUO two-factor authentication enabled?

I also wanted to mention that, with the launch of 1Password 8 for iOS, 1Password 7 is no longer supported and I recommend that you update to 1Password 8 to take advantage of the latest updates and bug fixes. If you already have a 1Password account then the upgrade is free:
