Unable to update 1pw on Win 11 since 1st install: have to do full reinstall every time

I'm not sure what causes this issue. On Windows 10, which I was using up til a few months ago, I never had any issues updating 1PW: I'd launch it and it'd notify me of an update, tell me to restart a...
