Unable to view or create items in non-empty (existing) vault after duplicating to new vault

All Vaults are Empty. No Export options.Home Screen Reports Vault has many items in "Lastpass" - which is my imported vault, Pre 8.0

 

Error displayed after trying to create a New Item. Any type will return the same error.
