Uninstall 1Password 7 before installing 1Password 8?

So do we have to uninstall the App Store version (7.9.4) before installing 1Password 8? 1Password Version: 7.9.4 Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: macOS 10.15.7

Hey @jsegel

Yes, you can remove the zip file. It's just a copy of the previous app. We zip it up on installation to prevent unintended situations. Both 1Password and 1Password for Safari would indeed be in the Applications folder.
