Update Login Icon

I'm using 1Password for Mac 8.10.50. A bank that I use has changed its name and icon. How do I go about updating my login for that bank so that it shows the bank's current name and icon? 1Pass...

Thanks for reaching out! If you can share the website address of the bank in question then I can file an issue with our rich icons team to have them update the icon. If you don't want to post the address on the public forum then you can email it to support+forum@1Password.com along with a link to this thread.

For the time being, you can add the new icon as a custom icon:

  1. Download the new icon from the bank's website to your Mac.
  2. Open and unlock 1Password.
  3. Click on the Login item for your bank and click Edit.
  4. Click on the arrow under the icon and click Choose new icon.
  5. Select the icon that you downloaded and then save the item.
