Thanks for the question! There isn't a way to bulk edit items using the 1Password app, you'll need to edit each item individually.

You might be able to create a script using the Command Line Interface (CLI) to loop through the items and change the website address but it's likely faster to just edit the items manually than trying to figure out how to write a script and target the right items.
