URL in notes field is incorrect
I have pasted a URL into the notes field. The entire URL is shown, but only part of it is used to form the clickable URL. In edit mode it appears correctly (as text, not a link): Details: https://...

I'm sorry that links are being broken in certain cases, our developers have a work item open to investigate this further and work on a fix. When that fix becomes available, you'll see it noted in oure release notes: Release Notes
For the time being, if you bracket the URL using < > that will allow it to be clicked on. Using something similar to your example:
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1test_-test[REDACTED]>
The rendered link doesn't look very clean but I wanted to share the option in case it helps. Hopefully a permanent fix is available in the future.
