"Use Rich Approval Prompt" option from changelog not present in 8.10.4

The option listed in the changelog for 8.10.4 is not actually present in the build.

    I've talked with my colleagues, and this was an error on our end. My apologies for that. The feature is still headed to you on the beta channel, though I'm unsure exactly when. My apologies. I'll see if the team can tidy up the release notes.
