I think you should create a support ticket to business support team.
Oh... bigger issue. Our infosec dept has previously told us they don't want to accept wildcards. Is there a full list without "*"? I notice a couple of these also indicate "various SUBDOMAINS" of the wildcarded domain are included. What we're asked for is a FULL list of HOST names, not domains.
