v8: 1P extension issues

Have just upgraded from v7 to v8. Upgrade went fine, but 1P mini extension in taskbar now doesn't work - Quick access brings up the QA dialogue ok, but only other options are "Open 1 Password", "Lock...

Accepted, but that's the least of my worries currently. I can't get the extension to work at all. It's just crashing 1P every time I try and login to a website using it
