Watch complication doesn’t update

I set one of my 2FAs as a corner watch complication, but it shows an expired code. I tried swiping to another fact and swiping back. No change. I tried tapping the complication to open the 1P...

I’ve been having this problem since updating my watch to watchOS 9.3 beta. And it’s continued to work intermittently on watchOS 9.3 release candidate.
