Good question! To see items that are using a specific password you can type that password into the search field inside of the 1Password for Mac app:
- Type your password into the search field in the app.
- Press Command+Enter (not just Enter) to see a list of items using that password.
You can also use Watchtower to find passwords that you need to change: Use Watchtower to find passwords you need to change
