We're happy to share that our latest release, 1Password 8.10.80, includes a fix for this issue. We appreciate everyone's patience while we diagnosed, created, and tested the fix. Please update to the latest version and let us know how it's working for you!

I'm sorry that you're unable to save a passkey for WellsFargo in 1Password. So that the team and I can investigate further, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:
Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
With your email please include:

Thank you for posting the Support ID! It looks like our team has identified a fix, currently in development, that will resolve the issue when it's released in a future update.
When the fix is available, it'll be noted in our release notes.
