What are the different options that appear when pressing the account button in the top left corner?

See these two things at the top left of the 1Password - would you call them accounts or users or collections? I want to combine them into one to streamline but when I go to manage collectio...

ohhhh so in my case, justme is a collection and VR57 is the account.
ok, got it. I was just so confused between collections, accounts and vaults.
So I will continue clean up based on this understanding. Will probably just move the collection.
