What is the Internet Status Screen?

This morning when I restarted my computer and logged into 1password, a screen entitled Internet Status popped up. It said thanks for downloading. Is this something associated with 1password? Bru...

I looked at the applications folder and did not see anything related to Internet Status. I will follow up on Mr. C's suggestion regarding Malwarebytes. Thanks to all for your help.
