What to do if my iPhone is stolen?

I would like to have the option of having a text message 2fa at more regular intervals. These are super fast to type in as IPhone offers a paste into app when you receive text.

I'm not sure that I understand. 1Password does not use test messages for 2FA and is not involved with the process if you do use text messages for 2FA for another service, that would all be handled by iOS itself. Can you clarify your request?
