When I try to Log In, 1Password says that my account has been deleted

When I try to Log In, 1Password says that my account has been deleted, but I didn't delete it! It happened with all the accounts of my Family. What I suspect is that my payment method expired, but I cannot log in to renew it. How can I solve it? Please, I need a fast solution, because there are days when I cannot access my account, and it is bringing a lot of trouble! I already opened some support tickets, but nobody has answered me.

    The Community can sympathise, but not help.

    The 1Password staff here will most likely close this thread after verifying your contact with Support. This may be complicated by you having "opened some support tickets" for what appears to be a single issue (and not mentioning when), but I expect that Support will respond to you soon.
