I too need a tutorial.
I have a problem created an account. I created one a good while ago and use my email address.
Now when I try to create an account it says the email address is already in use. But I have none of the tools to sign in. Is there any help out there

You likely have an individual account that is frozen and was never deleted. You can only have one individual account with a single email address. If you need to delete the account so you can start anew you'll want to use these instructions.
How to delete your 1Password account
> If you can't access your individual, family, or team account, you can still delete it:
- Go to https://start.1password.com/support.
- Enter your email address and click Continue. You'll get an email from 1Password.
- In the email, click View My Account. You'll see a list of your 1Password accounts.
- Click the name of the account you want to delete.
- Scroll down and click Delete Account.
Then you'll start the new account.

Highly recommended!
⚠️ - Ensure you have a copy of your 🚒 Emergency Kit. It contains a copy of your Secret Key. You'll also need to know your password.
⛔️ - Please create a recovery code. I've created one for myself and the members of my family. Generate and use recovery codes. **The Secret Key on the Emergency Kit is NOT a recovery code.**
1. The Emergency Kit contains a place to write in your Password, if desired.
2. We do not have access to those details. They are for you and you alone.
3. Consider saving the Emergency Kit/Secret Key, Account password, and Recovery code outside of 1Password. They need to be accessible to ensure the safety of your data and your ability to access it. They all should be stored securely!
