Where is my bug report?

Great! Thank you. It had me worried there for a bit.

Perhaps this should be made a bit more clear to the user? Maybe a message to say the spam filter has caught your post, and reasons why that might have been. Maybe it could appear as visible to the user in their profile with a 'pending review' tag or something.

As it is, it just disappears from existence from the user's POV.
