Why did the sidebar item count dissapear with V8?

Just downloaded V8 for Mac and noticed that the sidebar item count for each category is no longer available. It should be an option in the Settings Appearance area, just like tags is. 1Passwo...

Thanks for this feedback, @georgedejm. I've added a vote on your behalf to the existing tracker for item counts on the sidebar and filed a new one for per-category sorting. I can definitely understand how these would be useful and appreciate you taking the time to let us know it's important to you!
