Why does 1PW for Safari always launch

This dialog appears on any restart and at other random times. Why? How to fix? Thank you. 1Password Version: 8.10.27 Extension Version: 2.20.0 OS Version: Mac 13.6.3 Browser: Safari 1...

Well.... After the tip seemed to have solved my problem.... The next day, today, Spotlight searches don't seem to work at all.
As a matter of fact, when I do a Spotlight search it opens that very same 1PW for Safari app. Go figure.

Any suggestions? I think somehow the Spotlight settings got munged.
