Why has the sort function been removed for search results?

In 1P 8.9.6, when I search for a specific term, the results no longer show the sort icon. That is an essential feature and should be added back in. 1Password Version: 8.9.6 Extension Version...

Hi @ldsifsdlh

If you use the Find feature, as opposed to Search, the results will be listed in the same order as before. Here's what to do:

  1. Sort the list to be searched as you like, whether that's alphabetically, or by a date, or frequency or recency of use.
  2. Open Find by clicking the Edit menu > Find..., or pressing ⌥⌘F (Option–Command–F).
  3. Search for your item.

The results will honour the same sort as you set in step 1.
