Why iPad vaults are not the same as iPhone?

In my iPad I can only see few vaults not all of them like my iPhone. Turning the “Travel mode” On or Off doesn’t make any difference.

N.B. Both devices are connected to the internet and the same WiFi

Please help

1Password Version: Latest
Extension Version: Latest
OS Version: iOS 15.0.1

    Ive resolved this issue by deleting the app on my iPad -where I find less vaults- and reinstalled it again. Then everything went fine. - thanks

    Hi sherifelabd

    Could you please let me know:

    1. Does either device have a vault called "Primary" on it? If so, which?
    2. If you sign in at https://my.1password.com/ are you able to see all of your data there?

    That should help us get to the bottom of this. Thank you.

    @ag_ana no it’s another issue, this issue is that I’m logging in with the same password on my iPhone I find all my vaults, but on my iPad I don’t find them all, however on the ones I find they do sync with each other, the problem is with the ones I can’t find.
