windows 11 pro can't log into App

I have a situation where one user can't log in using a PC running Windows 11 Pro. He has deleted and re-downloaded the app from our master account. Ideas or similar experiences? 1Password Vers...

Is the user able to log in to their account 1Password.com?

If they are able to login into 1Password.com I would like to investigate further. I'd like to ask you to have the user create a diagnostics report from their Windows PC:

Sending Diagnostics Reports (Windows)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+windows@1password.com.
