I'm sorry that Windows Hello unlock isn't working properly on your Windows PC. So that I can better understand the situation:

  1. Can you post a screenshot of the unlock prompt that you see?
  2. Does Windows Hello not working when you're unlocking 1Password in the browser? Or the desktop app? Or both?
  3. What version of 1Password for Windows are you currently running: Find the version numbers for 1Password and your operating system
