Thanks for your message. As this is related to Windows Hello, I've split and started a new discussion with your question about the option "Never" for requiring password.
From the screenshot you've provided I can see that Trusted Platform Module (TPM) is not enabled. The "Never" option requires hardware TPM protection. If you check the Use the Trusted Platform Module with Windows Hello setting, then reboot your device, once you've signed back into 1Password, does the option appear for you?

Is "Never" not an option when using Windows Hello? I only see options for 30 days and 2 weeks ...
