PS I see the same behavior on macOS w/Safari.

Please try disabling auto submit and see if your experience improves.
1. Right-click 1Password in the browser toolbar.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Autofill & save.
4. Turn off auto-submit - "Sign in automatically after autofill 1Password will automatically submit forms after filling logins."
