How do I convert all of my existing "related items" into "attached files" (again)?

Per @indirect's https://1password.community/discussion/124075/how-do-i-convert-all-of-my-existing-related-items-into-attached-files, I too wanted to clean up the documents that, with the return of attachments in 1Password 8, may feel unnecessary to some.

Is there now a way to do this? That's the question.

After not finding anything, I threw together a free solution using the 1Password CLI and python.
