Billing page submit button inactive - cant renew

Hi ive been trying to update my payment details on the billing page and the submit button is inactive (just circling). Ive sent 3 emails and one to community and no response. Theres no billing page on the app. Can someone from the team contact me ?

    Hello,

    I had already tried that and did it today again and no luck, still circling submit button. I didnt get your colleagues email, I checked my spam.

    I can confirm that we've received your emails, and it looks like one of my colleagues sent you a response yesterday. Could you check your spam or junk folder to make sure it hasn't landed there?

    In the meantime, here are a few things you can try to get the billing page working again:

    • Try in an incognito mode/private browsing window.
    • Try a different browser.
    • Disable any ad blockers or privacy extensions, as these might be interfering.

    If these suggestions don't help, please reply to my colleague's email, and our support team will be happy to investigate further.
