I just jumped onto the new 'discussion' area (they are not forums), after wanting to report a potential bug and problem with the next 1Pass extension on Brave. Then I found this absolute nightmare of a new system. It is difficult to find anything or navigate at all really. There are strange popup's that just appear and block what you are reading. It has been some months and it appears it isn't much better than the original post in this thread.
It is really sad that the users are no longer a priority in the new corporate 1P. I don't even feel like I want to post the problem, this just makes me feel like I need to find another provider. I've been with 1P around 10 years.
PS. You would probably have more posts and feedback if people could find the threads.
PPS. Your feedback popup is great as well, asks you to give the 'other' option and never even asks what other is.... haha
