Thank you for your patience. Our developers have released a fix for an issue where the notes field was always shown when searching, even if it was unrelated to the search. If you haven't already, please update to version 8.10.36:

Thank you for working on this issue, I noticed a while ago and today I decided to file an issue here... and I was pleased to see that Barryl had logged it, and that Kester_D_1P has provided updates about this issue. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply Barryl - The fix for the spacing should help with legibility. There's also an internal work issue open for the development team to address the behaviour where the Notes field will be previewed even if it doesn't contain a match for your search results. When this is fixed, the search preview should default to [Title] - [Secondary Field]. For Login items, the secondary field will be username.

The colour is not an issue for me. The issue is that the search results now display the Title of the item with the Note field appended. The Note text in the results, sometimes touching the Title, makes it hard to interpret the search results. The Notes content for me at least is irrelevant in the displayed results. I'd prefer the Title only.
