1Password application pop up

Hello all, a number of users in our org are getting this pop up on there Windows device, they have both the app and the browser extension installed. both the app and the extension is working fine.  ...

Hello ag3ntjames​! 👋

I'm sorry that your users are seeing an unexpected message. This message can appear if 1Password is installed using a deployment method like Intune or (sometimes) when switching from EXE to MSI or the other way around. 

Can you let me know a little more about how 1Password for Windows was installed for these users? Are you using the EXE or MSI installer? And which version is currently installed?
