2FA not working across timezones

I have one user whos 2fa code saved for a specific app, in 1Pasword, stops working, they travel between the UK and the USA quite a lot, the time on their Macbook is correct, am I missing something else?

    Hello griff​! 👋

    I'm sorry that your user is running into issues when travelling and using 1Password as an authenticator app for two-factor authentication. It’s important that their device’s time isn’t more than 30 seconds off. The authentication code changes every 30 seconds, so if their device is more than 30 seconds off, they'll see an incorrect code.

    The next time that they run into the issue, have them visit this website on each of their devices and make sure the time matches: https://time.is
