Cannot login email and secret key not recognised

I am setting up 1Password on my PC, and have a printout of my "emergency kit".  When I try to sign in, I get asked for my email address, secret key, and password.  I copy the email address and secret...

Thanks for engaging with this - Here's the notice I get.  I've just tried via my smartphone with the same result.  

However, I have just discovered that, if I google: "1Password eu" I can get to a sign-in page which only asks for my password and that gets me in.  So I have now imported a csv file from Chrome and seem to be on track again.  Many thanks for your helpful questions. Regards, John
