Company Profile Picture

Hello! Today is my first day on 1Password Teams. I'm trying to add my company logo in settings; however, when I upload it way too big.  How do I make it smaller? Any help is appreciated. Thank yo...

Hi brachbr01,

Welcome to 1Password and glad to have you with us!

Is the issue that the file size of the image is too big, so it won't let you use it or are you able to upload it, it's just that image doesn't look how you want? Could you share the file size and dimensions of the image? Thanks!

    Hello,

    Thanks for your assistance.  Please see the attached screenshot.  There is another full size "S" that needs to be included.  I can make the picture bigger but not more smaller.  I've tried playing with "resizing" the image by percentage and it doesn't work.

      Hi brachbr01,

      This is helpful, thanks! For that profile picture/icon, you'll want to use a square image to ensure it displays properly. In testing this, I see we don't specify that anywhere so I'll submit a ticket that this should be clearer.
