Locked out of all accounts by auth0
I have four 1Password accounts, one of which requires auth0 by my employer. Normally, the other accounts unlock using Face ID (on iOS), and that one account remains locked until I do run through auth0. But today, I'm locked out of all accounts by the auth0 page. There are no buttons to click, no options that I can see. The app literally won't show me anything other than this screen. This is a major problem, because if I was fired by my employer, I would lose access to all my other accounts! This has been working fine with the same setup for several months. I don't know why the behavior changed today.
In this case, I have not been fired, so I could simply login with auth0. But since I still have access to all the accounts on another device, so I'm going to leave it like this for now and see if 1Password support can help.

Thanks for reaching out! You should be able to unlock the app by tapping on the "Enter your password" field and then typing in the account password of one of your other accounts. Does that not work for you?

Oh my bad! Wow, I totally misinterpreted what I was seeing there. You're right, case closed, sorry.

I can definitely see how the screen that you saw could be unclear and I've filed feedback with our design team so that they can look into how we can make signing in more intuitive when using multiple 1Password accounts in the same app.
