One Time code not working

The one-time code to a shared password is not working. When I put in the code, i dont get anything, not an error or a sign-in. 
I already deleted and re-added it to the user. Everyone with access to that item has the same issue.

    Sorry for the confusion, I work for an MSP, and we have shared Vaults for our different customers. I tried removing the OTP from Authentication methode for a Microsoft account and re-adding it, but that didn't help.

    Hello Zev​! 👋

    I'm sorry that the one-time code isn't working. Just to clarify: are you trying to open an item that was shared with you using a secure share link? And the verification code that you receive via email isn't working? 

    If that's the case then can you try to open the link using a Private or Incognito window in your browser? Let me know if that still doesn't work or if I misunderstood the situation.
