The employer-provided account got deactivated
Hello, I have access to 1Password through my employer. I left the job, and my 1Password account got deactivated. I have created a personal 1Password account, but I am unable to import my passwords for my employer-provided account to my personal 1Password account. What should I do ? Please help.

I have used the employee's 1Password account to store your own personal items (that are not shared with other people). I want to import these items only to my personal 1Password account. I cant do this as I left the job and I dont have acess to my employers provided account.

If you used your employee account to store your personal items, then see 1P_Dave​ 's response. I hope you have good relations with your former employer despite leaving the job before you were able to transfer these items.

Why would passwords for your employer-provided account ever be imported into your personal 1Password account? These would be exactly the passwords stored in your employee Vaults to which you should no longer have access.
If that wasn't what you meant, then please correct or clarify and explain what exactly you are trying to import and why you are unable to import it.

Thank you for reaching out. Were you using your employee 1Password account to store your items? Or were you using a personal account that was linked to the employee account: Get a free 1Password Families membership when you use 1Password Business
If you were using your employee 1Password account then that's meant to be used to only store your work-related logins since it's an account controlled by your employer. To regain access to that account you would need to reach out to your previous employer. Once you're regained access, you can add both accounts to the same 1Password app and move your items over to your new personal account.
