Based on the information you've all provided, it sounds as if you're running into a known issue at the moment. I've added your reports to the internal tracker for the issue. Our development team has released a fix, which is currently available in the nightly version of the app. It will be included in the production version in the near future. I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
In the meantime, we have two available workarounds:
Workaround 1:
- Unlock both accounts on the desktop app.
- Open your browser and right-click on the 1Password extension icon in the browser toolbar.
- Select Settings.
- Toggle "Integrate this extension with the 1Password desktop app" off and back on.
Workaround 2:
- In the desktop app's Settings menu, select Security.
- Enable biometric unlock.
