I wasn't exactly impressed when our last CSM replied to me with an AI response (absolutely no human being uses "—" naturally in an email), nor thought they'd have any inclination to champion the feature.

If nothing has been done since i raised the issue, that's all the response I need to gauge the priority of this matter. thanks!

    I’m sorry that your last conversation with your CSM felt impersonal, I'm sure that it wasn't their intention. As an English Literature major in a past life, I promise real people do use the em dash… though I almost never use it myself. 

    While I can’t promise a timeline or a specific outcome, I can confirm your feature request has been passed along to our product team for consideration in future versions of 1Password. Since any further conversation about your organization's specific needs would be best held directly with your CSM, I'll close this thread.
