Without your report, it may happen again in the future; however, if we can get your report, we can try to address it long before it happens again.

The diagnostics report will contain logs for up to 14 days, it should contain errors that can let us know where to start looking.

Thanks for your reply. I'm happy to hear things have started behave again, but please send those details along as needed. We'll be happy to help investigate.

If it happens again, I'll definitely do this. It literally crashed 3 times before it decided to behave.
