1Password app master password issue

Hello. We've finally solved an issue that has kept us from being able to login to 1Password on the Motorola G6 for a week. 1Password support has tried to help us and we're grateful but the problem was finally solved today.

As an amateur it is impossible to know for sure but all that we know is our MOTO G6 phone logs into 1Password with the Master Password.

The old Master Password as a long string of numbers separated by a few dashes. What proved to us that this Master Password was the problem is changing it to random letters, numbers and symbols.

Again, we don't know for sure other than that the Master Password now works.
