Hello, IT1. Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry about the autofill trouble you're experiencing on this website.

I've done some testing on my end but haven't been able to autofill all three fields. I've filed an issue for our development team and added you as an affected user for further investigation.

In the meantime, I recommend using the https://support.1password.com/getting-started-browser/#use-drag-and-drop-to-fill-in-apps feature from the 1Password extension pop-over to fill in the field. I apologize for the inconvenience.
