1Password installation on work PC => Can my company see data in the vault?

Hello,
I noticed today that I can install 1password on my work PC without admin rights.
My company has a very strict policy for certain items like politics and especially adult content. I got some logins saved on my 1password account.

Can my company somehow get insight in my (unlocked) vault content and kick me out because of certain logins?

Your company can’t see inside your 1Password vault, but they might monitor activity on your work PC. So, saving logins related to politics (or other restricted topics) could still raise concerns. Best to avoid it.

Thanks for reaching out! I only recommend installing, and using, 1Password on devices that you control and trust. If your company has administrator privileges over your work PC then they could in theory see everything that you see and do on that device. This includse viewing the items in your vault when you unlock 1Password or installing a keylogger to capture your account password as you type it in.

You can read more about the types of threats that 1Password can protect you from on the device that you use here: How 1Password Protects Information on your Devices
