1Password is constantly prompting to save passwords that are already saved

I use both my apple passwords app, and 1Password. Whenever I use my apple passwords to fill in a password that has been saved, 1Password offers to save it. This is expected when the password doesn't ...

I also see this. I get a dialog box to that looks like it wants to save somethings I've already filled, but says I already have one saved. How is this helpful?
