If you search for something in the Search box at the top of the window, then choose "Show all matching items", you'll see things returned from all fields, like this:
(You can press ⌘↩ (Command–Return) on a Mac, or Ctrl + Enter on Windows or Linux, to quickly choose "Show all matching items".)
